I just uploaded the new 1.01 developer release and so far I have the following bugs/comments.

When uploading new playlists/tunes the progress bar goes forward a few pixels and then jumps back a few pixels. (this can be very frustrating when you are late to pickup your girlfriend because your empeg is synching, and you see that there are only a few pixels left in the synch, and then it starts going backwards)

On the plus side synching (via ethernet) seems to take less time!

The option to specify your ethernet address in emplode is very very cool!

Another bug / comment is that the (volume adjust then push next/prev. track button but only get volume adjustment) bug has not been fixed

Hi,

When uploading new playlists/tunes the progress bar goes forward a few pixels and then jumps back a few pixels. (this can be very frustrating when you are late to pickup your girlfriend because your empeg is synching, and you see that there are only a few pixels left in the synch, and then it starts going backwards)

Earlier versions of Emplode seemed to calculate progress by tracks rather than length of tracks (data). This would fall fowl when you had a track of 740MB! As I said, I'm not sure how Emplode now calculates progress, maybe empeg can throw some light?

Regards,

This seems to have been addressed in 1.1 (I've been playing with an early preview for the NL meet on Sunday). I guess it's considered a feature change, not a bug fix.
