Over the past several weeks, I have had recurring problems with energizing my Carbon and with connecting to my computer via the included USB cable. At first, the problems were intermittent, but recently the frequency of unsuccessful connections has increased to the point that now, I cannot succesfully connect at all. I have used the reset button to return the carbon to full capability, but at this time the button through frequent use now remains stuck in the pressed condition. In this state, the unit will no longer turn on, reset, or successfully connect to either charger or computer. This device is now over three months mine, and is no longer under warranty; the technical page manufacturer's website does not address this particular symptom. Am I the only one who has experienced this apparently unsolvable problem?
