In the letter 8, the "product description" section describe an additonal $40 for an additional slide bay. In parenthesis it says "(for second vechicles)". what does this mean exactly. Can i not remove my empeg from my car once installed, or can i not install into another car?

I think it's for a second car / boat / rv etc so that you can take the empeg out of one, and plonk it straight into the other...

I assume you can remove the sleeve from the car if you don't glue it in.. =)
(My other stereo has bendy out tabs that hold it in, and you can bend them back out with a screwdriver to remove it....)

It's for people with more than one car (or boat etc.) - maybe a boring rep-mobile for during the week and a fun sports car for the weekends. You can then swap your empeg between them very easily.

I may not be speaking on behalf of empeg above :-)
