I think that has been mentioned before, but I didn't hear about it for a long time. So I thought I'd try again... :-)

How about a feature that can import M3U playlists as generated by most MP3 software players? I have all my music database organized in M3U playlists, and it would be so much easier to be able to feed them to the empeg to create its database.

M3U is basically nothing more than a list of mp3 files, so it should be rather simple to implement for the C wizards at empeg Ltd, I guess... :-) Only two caveats: sometimes the M3U has relative paths in it, so you need to be able to specify a base directory, and some players add comment lines (starting with #) that would have to be ignored.

This would be a very nice Christmas present for me! :-))
