Does Emplode have any issues with NT? I crash via serial cable when the program attempts to connect to the EMPEG. This doesnt happen in win 98 when i did it at work. (I run NT at home!)

Anyone seen this?

I got it to work under NT. But emplode will crash if it doeesn't agree with the serial port when trying to connect.

What do you mean by "doesn't agree"?

I had crashes similar to this under NT 4 SP5+ until recently; from emplode Beta 7 onwards it has started functioning properly.

It seemed to stem from emplode starting up and trying to look at USB first, which immediately caused a *BLEWIE*.

emplode 7 seemed to do the same, but didn't detonate on discovering a lack of USB support.
