Just finished installing my empeg into my 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins 3500. The install went great due to the PAC OEM-1, and sounds great. The only bad part was buying it. I can't recall the last time I've had service as bad as I recieved ordering from tune-town.com. I should of recieved the adapter within 3 days if they had processed the order in a timely manner, but instead it took them 5 days to let me know that I had provided them the wrong billing address. Except I hadn't. They had the right address all along and it was some mistake they had made. It took them 2-3 days at least to respond to any emails, and in general didn't seem the least bit interested in making things right or having me be a repeat customer (you can bet I'll never shop there again). I finally got the adapter after about a week and a half.

Just a warning, YMMV as always.

Off to go sit in my truck in the driveway..

I too had poor service from tune-town.. but then again, I couldn't find the part on any other website, so I could live with it..

Yeah they suck. I called them up and asked them if the PAC OEM-1 would work for my car (1998 grand prix with premium delco system) and they said yes so I ordered one. Well after about 2 weeks of trying different adapters and head scratching and talking to the nice people at clubgp.com it turns out that the OEM-1 will not work because I need to buy an amp. The only positive thing in this is tune town refunded me the full amount.

I had good luck with Tune-town but I emailed PAC first, got all the part numbers directly from them for the OEM-1 and then told tune town EXACTLY want I wanted. Things were shipped immediately.
