I am a newbie here and love the player. I have a friend that has been helping me rip my cd's and do the softwear upgrades. I am pretty much computer illiterate, but a huge music fan. I really like the look of the neon lens and backlit button option's but after reading the FAQ I know I would screw it up. Is there any one out there in the Portland oregon area that would help me out? I would gladly pay for your time and any expences, not to mention buy you a beer. or two.... thanks in advance for any help.....
