A local employee and Karma owner I know recently had to "downgrade to the iPod" when his Karma hard drive failed outside the 90 day tiny Rio warranty, but well within the Best Buy replacement plan. His access to the computers showed no stock in any of the local stores, nor the regional warehouse, and a status of discontinued.
