I finally decided to just rip out the factory stuff in my mini and put the empeg in. I previously have used the empeg connected to a head unit with a built in amp but there is no room in the mini for two head units.

The question I have is does anyone have a recommendation for RCA cables. I am going for low noise every amp install I have heard hisses and I want to avoid this.

I have been looking at some from Tsunami but I have never heard of that brand before. All the cables I have found are twisted similar to an ethernet cable which sounds like a good idea.

Can anyone recommend some or am I worrying about it too much

So far I have got an Alpine MRP-F240 40X4 amp, Polk db690 6X9s and polk MMC5250 component speaker.

Also does anyone know anything abot the mini antenna connector. Is there an adaptor that goes from the BMW antenna plug to the European kind on the empeg tuner ?

I was looking at http://www.knukonceptz.com at one time. They have their RCA interconnects, as well as 1 and 2 pair speaker wire available twisted. The stuff is spendy, and I doubt it is really worth the money for car audio, but I understand why looking at twisted cables makes sense. I really like that 2 pair speaker wire though... if only it was in red!
