I wondering how long does it take to get a serial number. I registered 3 days ago and didn't receive a mail from empeg. :-(
Are they still alive?

The registration database is automated, although it's currently not scheduled and must be started manually (for a variety of reasons).
Usually you should get a reply during the next GMT working day, if you haven't got one within a couple of days you probably typed your email address incorrectly.
