Windows 2000 usb connectivity to emplode - 09/08/2000 12:53

I just got my new unit and got it working great at home on my 98 box with USB, however emplode is not seeing the unit on my 2000 box at work. USB is enabled in BIOS and plugging the unit in to the USB makes win2k detect it (although it can't find any drivers for it)

I'm running beta12c emplode right now.. Is there something I'm missing to get the USB functionality to work on win2k?

I know this might not help much, but I'm happily talking to my Mark 1 via USB under Win2k (Emplode 1.0).

It will need those drivers loaded properly. It's been a while since I used an empeg, but if I remember right, emplode comes with an INF for loading the driver. Once the driver is loaded, it should work flawelessly.

Yeah, you need to install emplode first. Then it should all just work.

Roger - not necessarily speaking for empeg
