Could some one please help me find out who I can contact in order to get a new CD for my Riocar MP3 Player. While away in Afghanistan with the Canadian Military, some [censored] broke into my locker and stole a bunch of stuff, the software disk was one of those things. They also took the computer the software and transfer program was on. Now I have a laptop full of music and I would like to put it on the player, but I have no software. what is the official website for the rio car mp3 stereo? i know rio is a big name now, please some one help me.

The stuff on your CD is obsolete anyway. The current software is all online at
empeg.com.

Welcome back! As Meatballman pointed out, if you follow the link at the top of the page "Latest Software", you'll find
Emplode v2.00.zip
You can use this to load music on your player. Please read the FAQ for installation instructions, especially if you are attempting to use USB on Windows XP.
You may find this helpful. Good luck.
