This guy wont sell this to ppl in the US due to product liability laws. would someone outside the US be able to assist me in buying it and shipping here. I would paypal the money needed to get it and ship to me. Also there might be taxes that I would cover.

You know that with the current exchange rate that's about $420? Usually, it should include the taxes. I still have my US PayPal account, so I could do it. I'll be out of town all next week, however, but in case nobody else volunteers, send me an email: [email protected] in a week or so.
