I was looking thru the faq's and saw that the player uses IDE hard drives so the above hd wouldn't work, is that correct? I don't know the difference between IDE and EIDE. Thanks I know I'm probably irritating everyone,sorry!

That one will work. For all your intents and purposes, IDE, ATA, and EIDE all mean the same thing.

As long as the hard disk is a 2.5" laptop drive, and not a desktop drive, you should be OK.
