FedEx lucky - 23/10/2000 16:23

I feel very lucky, FedEx letter just arrived and I thought it was a bill, not, just 3 pages of shipping details and a dollar amount of 0.00.
The luckiest thing is I recieved my Empeg OK, but the recipient address shown on the pages is the wrong town-right state, a town that is a good 200 miles away.
Oh well I have it and everythings fine.

The address is transfered from P.O.S. to sales system to dispatch system electronically. The only way a town could be wrong on the shipping label is if you entered it wrong, or if you didn't enter it at all (in which case we use a ZIP code lookup to determine city and state).

I just checked and in your case no city or state was entered into the sales system (which is wierd - the sales form shouldn't let you do that).

Probably a bill for the cost of the paper, printing, envelope, postage, and time used for those three pages of useless info!
