S3/Empeg announcement in San Jose Mercury News?

A question to all you guys in the bay area.

My boss has just come to visit me in the UK, and he thinks that he saw a full page ad in the SJ Mercury News (1st Nov) detailing the acquisition of Empeg by S3.

Did anyone else see this?
If so, what does it say?

I couldn't find it, but here is the Mercury news online...maybe someone else can find it.
