I checked the FAQ and as I understand that m4a format is NOT supported by the Empeg.... is that correct? If so, can anyone recommend a free/shareware program to convert m4a to mp3?

I Googled for +free m4a to mp3 conversion and got 418 hits. However, I have no idea if any of them are any good or not.
