Clock display not correct.

Clock display not correct. - 20/10/2001 13:15

When displaying the clock instead of the elapsed time, it only displays in 24hr. format. I have changed the time format from 24 to 12 and back and it doesn't change. The visual that displays the clock changes when the time format is changed. Is this a feature or a bug?

It is on the bug list already. You know, there's a whole separate forum just for this sort of thing.

I looked but didn't see anything. So thought I would ask. That problem isn't a biggy right now anyway.
