I ordered on the 26th and haven't been shipped to yet...I'm getting frustrated as people that ordered on the 27th are shipping...I've called CS but they are not helpful at all, they say that the 27th orders could not have shipped..blah...blah..blah...I'm getting frustrated...any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I'm in both the wrong country and the wrong department to have a clue what is going on day to day at the eStore. I know what's going on at the International store because a) I created it and b) it's in the office just downstairs on the left.

I ordered on the 26th also and received my email maybe an hour ago that mine is shipping. Hopefully you will hear soon or have already heard.
