Just checked my order status this morning, which has changed from "Pending Shipment" to "Has Products Pending Shipment". Does anyone know what this means? Isn't this a step back?!

Nope... sounds good! That's what mine said before it changed to "shipped".. Looks like you might be in luck!

Mine keeps bouncing back and forth from "pending shipment" to "has products pending shipment." Currently, I'm back to:Has products...

I placed my order on the 30th, and my status has always been "Has Products Pending Shipment". Still waiting for a tracking number. I receieved a couple confirmation emails, but not the shipping confirmation. Anyone order on the 30th or later and get a tracking number yet?
I called customer service yesterday, but they couldn't tell me any more info then what was on the web page.
