Pending Orders Vanished Jan 8 ~ 2pm PST?

Anyone else have pending orders on the Customer Service pages that vanished this afternoon?

Vanished as in, customer number and order numbers come up without matches -- ?

(I've got a 10GB on a truck somewhere at least, but...)

The setup is that we were talking about dual-head video cards, and Mike wanted two dual-heads...
