Installation in VW Jetta 2001

Hi,

After having tens of CDs lying in the car, I decided to re-visit
the empeg site to my surprise the units have got considerably
cheaper and affordable!

I already have the custom fitted CD player and Radio/Tuner that comes with the car...I was wondering if I could "simply"
replace the CD player with the Empeg player or it is more involved with that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
