I'm interested in buying on of those great rio car *radios* =)..
10gb if possible?!
I'm from germany and the official shop in europe seems to be sold out, so I gonna try to get one on carplayer.com
but I got a few questions:
- is shipping to germany possible? how expensive?any german users here?
- what about paying methods? don't like the idea to pay by credit card in this case... =(

Isn't Credit Card the safest way to pay ? I can't speak for Germany, but in the UK we have credit card protection which allows us to claim in the event of a problem.

We bought two riocars(10gb) from carplayer.com to sweden.
They arrived 5 days later to both of us!
So, I think you could buy from carplayer.com with your cc without worry...

Yea, carplayer.com seems a reliable source, had a spare player from there and it came through trouble-free!

Hi möp,
i ordered a player to germany, no problems but ups called me for the declaration to customs, and i had to pay € 51,90 for tax and customs. On my invoice, the country of origin is USA, i have to check this with the customs agent.
If they call you, point out, that the unit is made in UK!
