Unable to find Animation Editor?

I've reinstalled Jemplode a couple times now and I still can't find the Animation Editor feature?

I've also read both FAQs on the topic and for some reason Animation Editor doesn't appear in the Tools Menu?

Can anyone help? IS there a diff. FAQ about this?

Make sure you have one of the beta versions of jemplode (I think 34 is the latest) the last official release didn't have the editor.
