Why do i get Synch failed error?

I am using ethernet and everytime i sync my unit when it gets to the restarting unit i get sync failed while restarting player. An operation attempted on something that is not a socket (error 0x80072736)
now what the heck is that?

I noticed that it shuts down or something and the light on the right flashes ...could it be stand by mode? but i pull the plug and turn it back on and all seems ok..the files are there??

also seems if i do smaller chunks the error occurs less

Known problem in 2.0b11, FITNR.

This problem is cosmetic only, but be sure that you exit emplode completely and reboot the player before doing another synch, or the problem can become more than cosmetic.
