I used this on my 2002 Jetta and Empeg but I don't have the VW any more so I thought I'd see if someone needs it here. This adapter is used to allow your Empeg to play through your Factory VW Monsoon Head Unit. Simply plug the adapter into the CD Input on the back of the head unit and route the sound through the rca inputs. Fools the Monsoon Head unit into thinking you have a CD player attached, but it's really your Empeg!!
