You can probably find a volunteer on the BBS to collect it in the USA and then remail to you.
If the seller is in Canada, then you can have it sent to me. But not if the seller is in the USA, because it will suffer duty/taxes on entry to Canada.

Oops. That was an oversight. My default seller settings on eBay don't include foreign countries because usually my auctions don't attract any interest outside of the US. Anyway, I will ship overseas. I'll just charge whatever the actual shipping costs are, which I assume will vary based on the country.
