What kind of dock? A "Home Dock", or a "car sled/dock"?

Cheers

Yes, a ML dock would be perfect. Not even concerned too much about condition. After all, I traded a software package worth a couple of hundreds for a 'raw' dock, and had to wire it and refinish it myself. This one is goiing into the cubical at work, so, like I said, condition is not important. The engineers that work for me will install the 'cool factor' for me!
I guess I could just figure out how to use the extra sled I have for a dock...but that sounds like a pain in the liberal .
Thanks

I just use the wiring harness as a "dock". Just need to connect a single plug and thats it.

Still looking for Dock & I have a spare remote - 01/04/2005 10:47

Still looking for a home dock...not just a few peices, but an entire doc. I'll take peices IF they are ALL there!

Also, I have a remote that I could be persuaded to let go of (prefer to swap for something cool...)

Mmm... are you willing to wire the dock yourself?

In talking to him previously, I think he is willing to wire it. I know he did in the past. I think that's what he was refering to here:

Of course I am willing to wire it myself! That is the easy part. Heck, I'll even clamp and glue the peices together myself, if need be. When I dealt with you (ML) on the first one, I ordered extras of everthing to wire the dock. So I can wire about one and a half more dock. I only need one more for work. PM or email me if you have any thoughts...
Thanks

Re: Still looking for Dock & I have a spare remote - 03/04/2005 02:27

Well, you see..

I have exactly one complete set of dock parts (the wooden bits) left, being saved as a "master" from which additional new docks could one day be duplicated..

But I really doubt that I will ever make another run of new docks. So I *could* actually glue up that final complete set of parts..

In addition to those, I also have lots of spare "inner back panels", and some "outer back panels", but no more sides, tops, or bottoms.

Not sure what to do with this stuff yet.. firewood perhaps.

But an extra Rio Remote (or two) would be attractive here..

Cheers
