IIRC it's somewhere in the mid 5 figures region - 44k springs to mind, but that'd be for one of the originals, hand carved. The amp without the artwork is somewhere 2-4k. Out of my league, both versions, for an amp...

Wow!. Sure not something to hide in a trunk.
Soundstream sure has changed over the years. I still have a TC308 deck and DX1 crossover. In fact, the deck was yanked to make way for the Empeg - which feeds into the DX1. The only mention of those two products are on Soundstreams awards page. Man those things are old. Still work though.

There are some blatant mistakes on the site. They identify the perpetual dac as an "amp" and indicate it is meant for a "computer." It's a DAC with line level outs. Not an amp. Ugh.
