MS Word: how to number pages - 15/05/2003 04:25

Is there an easy way to insert sequential numbers in the header or anywhere else of a word document?

I want to print identical sheets with mumbers from 0001 to 1000 without having to have 1000 sheets loaded in Word. Possible?

You could do a mail merge and have the 'page number' as the only field on the page. Then have a dataset with 1 to 1000. create the dataset as an excel sheet first and use the mail merge wizard to locate the file.
