But not from the British Government I hope, mind you, if our judiciary think it's OK to release plane hijackers and contemplate compensating them - should we be surprised?

That was also reported in the WSJ yesterday. Amazing. Interestingly it was next to a 1/3 page editorial by Donald Rumsfeld. It screamed out: "See! We're good guys! Pay no attention to the missing WoMD!". Spin spin spin spin spin...
