Zip codes - 24/06/2003 13:46

How would I go about getting every 5 digit zip code in a very large area? Lets say, the mid-atlantic coast?

If it's okay I'll hold off on that untill I can find out whether or not it's possible.

Dude, Stewie is a very appropriate avatar for a statement like that. Is this part of your plan to conquer the world?

Must it be in digital format? Or by street? How does it need to be?

If you don't mind paying, you could try Here.

Lol!

Okay, I'm interested in setting up an empeg meet. A long while back, Rob said that he was able to email owners if I was able to set him up with a range of zip code numbers. Unfortunately, looking at the large list of every zip code, it doesn't look like it's that easy

I wanted to do it through email because I know that not every owner checks this board, and some have stopped (like everyone but me at the small Virginia meet we arranged). Of course, the empeg team might not have that info anymore, be able to give it out, or it may be horribly outdated.

I may just try to see how many people could come from board members. That would be just fine.

I really want to set up something big, and this is long term planning. I just don't think I'll ever be able to get to a meet at the rate things are going, so I'd like to throw one for everyone else! Plus, it would most likely be in the DC area, so visitors could have a bit to do if they want to stick around.

I have no idea how long this would take to plan (I assume a very long time), how much it would cost me (quite a bit, I'm sure), and how difficult it would be (not easy, that's for sure). I would definitely want to ask Rob Schofiel for any advice and wisdom he could give me.

This may all be ridiculous fantasy, but I've wanted to do it for (judging by when I sent Rob V. my initial email) 3 years now!

I certainly would enjoy meeting you all, and if it doesn't work out, perhaps in the future I'll have a job that will yield a little extra plane ticket money, and I can join in one of the other meets
