This is very similar to the hole the recent Blaster worm used. It is likely one of the existing worms could be retooled quickly to take advantage of this, so everyone with a Windows box should patch ASAP.

And some people think spending a few bucks on a router (with NAT or a firewall) isn't worth it...
Knock on wood, still PC virus (or trojan or worm, etc.) free since 1995 (first Windows machine).
