Can't access folder

I can't seem to access this folder for whatever reason - I can't even open it or write to it. Its never bothered me until now - Acrobat 6 Pro wants to write to it during install, but can't. Any ideas? I'm the only user of the PC, and have admin rights, and the folder isn't set to read only.
