I just saw the most bizarre sight, which for a moment made me wonder if I was seeing things...

Tonight is the BBC's annual fundraising event for "children in need". Meaning I would normally avoid BBC1 like the plague.

However I was flicking around the channels and I stumbled onto BBC1 accidentially. I was faced with a horrific sight...

...Peter Gabriel on a stage somewhere in Cardiff (Wales) singing "Games without frontiers" while riding a Segway.

Most odd.

Yeah, the Segway was part of his recent tour. The tour had two legs, one that did arenas, where he didn't use the Segway, and later an amphitheater tour where he did.

My friends had backstage passes to the latter. Got to go backstage and talk to the band and stuff. Wish I could have gone that night, it sounded awesome.

The tour had 2 legs, and only one was on the Segway. The other was dragging gimpily behind.
