I don't get it. The featured artist right now is Aimee Mann. She was one of the most outspoken "no free downloading" artists out there (after Metallica). What's the deal with that?

Darn, I already have all of Aimee's stuff. Ooo, there's a bunch of other stuff there I might want, though. Hey, I didn't know Amy Ray was doing solo albums. Too bad she's the Indigo Girl whose songs I don't like.

Maybe she should have been an advocate of artists retaining the legal rights to their music first.

I managed to grab a bunch last night. You have to be logged in to get them. Mmmm, it was a good test of my new 4mbps cable line, which neither microsoft.com nor PaulWay could saturate. Thanks Amazon.

I got to grab a bunch of stuff I've heard about, but wouldn't buy without hearing them. I'm glad they've accepted that "MP3s actually DO help sales."
