Not wanting to start a political discussion??? What BBS do you think this is? Surely you know better!

This is really a shame. In a country that is begging for centrism from its government, we lose one of the only centrist judges on our highest court. Cue Bill Frist and his "up or down vote" mantra, and get used to the phrase "extraordinary circumstances" coming from Harry Reid et. al.

I pity the next President who has to clean up this mess, be (s)he conservative, liberal, or otherwise.
