Stop it, might have to get my 807 out, it's under some coats in the under stairs cupboard. SWMBO has told me she'll leave if I move into the living room.

Where are you getting your tape from?

I think that you missed out the word: "it", you, of course, are perfectly entitled to your living room, accept no compromise. Whether it needs a Studer is up to negotiation, but it is rather better than an impressionist print. I've just calculated that half a mile of Zonal tape has passed before my eyes.

He's outside Ipswich, he's sort of like the Rob Schofield of Revox: I've just had mine in for a slight glitch on the speed and recalibration, well worth the money. Of course, I had to take a Broads holiday so that I could deliver by hand - no careless couriers for my Revox!
He obviously makes a good living out of it, a certain generation of rock stars wouldn't be without one.

Ouch! Better start looking harder for unused Zonal at work.
