From the Big Apple to the Big Easy on CD or DVD?

Since this place seems to have an answer for just about anything under the sun....

I really enjoyed listing to this concert via XM months ago when it happened. I've got it saved on my MyFi but would like a "real" copy. There was supposed to be a CD and DVD of the concert but they never materialized. Does anyone know where I might find a copy of this show?
