Flight Status / Tracking RSS

Surely there must be a free service where you can get updated info on flight status (ontime, delayed, etc.) with an RSS feed. I can't find anything, and the airline I'm trying to get status for (Midwest Express) doesn't have an SMS notification service like American and others.

I would even settle for a Yahoo widget or something similar, but I can't even find one of those.
