Anyone know where I might begin to look for one of these?

(78k) (anyone know a proper name for it?)
it's the rubber pad that sits under a button that makes contact when pressed. ~11 x 10 mm

I'd suggest the automotive equivalent of buying a parts car.

Not sure you can buy those conductive rubber pads. If you have a bad button then carefully gluing some tin foil usually fixes it.

In the US, they tend to be known as chiclet keyboards, especially when referring to QWERTY-type keyboards.

What's wrong with yours that it needs replacing? I'm sure they're molded to spec, not an off-the-shelf part.

I haven't done it but have read about people using rear window defogger repair kits to fix those.
