Meet-up in San Francisco & surrounding area

I'll be in SF from April 30th until May 5th. Currently, the schedule is completely open. I think we should probably get together for dinner or drinks some night. Anyone up for it?

Alright, looks good. Any ideas of where to meet? I don't live in the area, so I'm not going to be very helpful with suggestions. I will have a car and I will be with 2-3 other empeg enthusiasts.

OK. Myself and two other empeg enthusiasts will be at Colibri this Saturday at 5:30PM. We booked a table for 6, so let us know if you'll be joining us.

Only problem is, it's Maker Faire that day and I can't believe you're in the area and aren't going there... it's like several hundred Patricks descended on one spot and took it over (Yes, there are jets, flamethrowing robots, VR gear, power tool drag racing, rapid prototyping machines using sugar, a giant nose-picking machine etc... well, that was last year anyway)

Trying to work out how what time I'd be able to get to SF afterwards, we may hit the Faire early to get out by 5 to get to the meet

Yup. I think we all had a fun time. Colibri was pretty good. Afterwards we walked a couple blocks to Cortez for another round of drinks before calling it a night.

Whoops. Sorry I missed it. I was really tied up at work and couldn't check the board for a few days.
I'll try to catch you guys next time.

I did make Maker Faire, though (barely).
And from what I could tell on my brief 2 hour rampage through the exhibits, it was fairly awesome.
