Help me find an mATX board

Hi guys. I'm looking for a mATX MB for a HTPC. I don't want or need any regular PCI slots but do need 4 PCI-e slots (a 16 and 3 1's).

Needs to support an Intel Q9550 processor and I'd prefer if it was a manufacturer I could trust. Asus?

This is proving tough. Anyone know of such a board?
