Ideas for what to use an old Mac Mini G4 for?

My Mum bought herself a MacBook recently, and has given my old Mac Mini G4 back to me. I don't think it is worth putting on eBay, and it is too good not to use, so has anyone got any cool uses or seen any projects I could make use of this in?

It's not the version with built in IR (think first ever Mac Mini) and I have an AppleTV anyway. At the moment it's just sitting there, which seems a shame really.

Well, with a USB tuner stick, it could make a decent tiny PVR running MythTV.

As Mark said, PVR - but make it headless so it can serve content to your AppleTV. You can also run SlimCenter or other music server on it for music streaming. And then you can also use it as your always-on download machine.

I know you already have a NAS and Squeeze Centre. So why not run Softsqueeze on it and use it as a free Squeezebox Receiver with a pair of amplified speakers?
