Everyone is welcome. Should be great weather and a good mix of people and projectile-pushers!

If I'm still in California this time next year, I'll be there for sure. Heading back home for some family time this weekend, otherwise I'd be enjoying the drive up the coast.

Don't forget the Perseid Meteor Shower camp-out weekend in August, Tom!
I'd love to have you visit.

This year it's the weekend of Aug 13-14.

Stu shoots the big gun! Watch as the first shot makes him take a step back.

That's a heck of a kick back. Must be hard to hit a target with that thing !

The bullet is long gone, before the barrel starts to rise.

What a day!
I'm exhausted.

Glen- Great to meet you! I'm so glad you could come out for the day!

Highlights-
Glen's fantastic target rifle and learning some tips (never enough).
That canon of a revolver. I actually did hit a bottle or two with those six shots.
The 'movement exercise' or whatever it was called. Nailed many more bottles than I expected to and was so nervous I don't recall lining anything up, just pulling the trigger.
The ground was literally sparkling with brass- enough to overflow a 2 gallon bucket at the end of the day.
Having 20+ people up at my ranch with great big grins on their faces.

Phew! Shooting from 11:30AM all the way to dusk!
