I just read a synopsis for a new show called Glory Days on the WB:

In reply to:

Welcome to Glory, the Island of Happiness. Well, that's what the billboard says, anyway. The seemingly idyllic small island town in the Pacific Northwest is a breeding ground for eerie events, bizarre happenings and peculiar inhabitants where truth is often stranger than fiction, and sometimes even deadly. Infused with his trademark pop culture humor, Kevin Williamson (Scream, Dawson's Creek) brings a scary murder mystery to the small screen each week with this creepy, picture-perfect hamlet.

Is it just me, or does this pretty much the same plot as Eerie Indiana, minus the murders?

Or Murder, She Wrote plus the creepiness.

A less sureal version of Twin Peaks?

Aren't those the same people who did Eerie, Indiana? And anyway, why would that be a bad thing?

They are?? That's even less creative.

Well, I consider it a bad thing because I always thought that show was really cool. They basically had no rules or boundaries set with the plot they set out with. This one seems to be a little more X Files-ish, but not very science-fiction-ish.

One good point about it... It has great Music in the promos
