Now I can read General and Off Topic at the same time in only one browser. And so can you!

Is there a horizontal split instead?

This looks a little weird on my 1024x768 screen. Probably looks better on my home screen that is 1600x1200

Nice, you should make announements a pop-up window!

Re: 2 in 1 - 10/05/2002 12:05

Ha! But how do you make a pop-up? I just learned html yesterday.....

Re: 2 in 1 - 10/05/2002 12:08

Usually it is a Javascript code burried in the html. There are tons of Javascript pages that let you do a bunch of neat stuff.

Re: 2 in 1 - 10/05/2002 12:12

So you can't do it with just a simple html tag? I've learned a little bit of java but not much.

Re: 2 in 1 - 10/05/2002 12:25

The best way to learn html is to go to a site you like and "View Source" and find out how they did it. Javascript shouldn't be borrowed unless it is from a free site or permission is given (because someone actaully coded it).

Remember that everyone hates pop-ups!

"go to a site you like and "View Source" and find out how they did it"

Yeah, I've been doing a lot of that.

I'm just experimenting with different stuff now. Like I just tried opening a window with 144 frames, but it crashed my browser.
