Where would somebody go to have a small (1" square, four-foot length) extrusion made of clear plastic with a cross-section similar to that shown in the attached picture?

No.

The 4 foot long extrusion will be sliced up into cubes (each one with the asymmetrical "V" shaped notch in it) and used as game pieces.

If you want one piece extrusion would cost an absolute fortune as you would need the die made that could cost over 5000 dollars.

Maybe the best way to do it would be to get it machined or built up

seems like a small and simple enough shape, that you could probably make a mold and pour the resin yourself.

just be sure to use plenty of ventilation
