Some moron did something like that with the old rio home page. If you went to their domain (can't remember what it was riohome or something) you would get the rio website with a banner at the top saying you get 10% or some amount off.
I called rio about it because I didn't know it was a fraud and they already knew about it but the page stayed up for ages.

Glad you guys found it as useful as I do. Been using the Google toolbar for ages, but adding a popup blocker was a stroke of genius. I never liked any of the dedicated popup blockers for one reason or another, most tried to do too much. I've always loved that Google's engineers have never abandoned the KISS principle in favor of sexy features that don't do anything.
