Is there a side by side picture comparison of the 20gb and the 40gb players? I'd like to know how much thicker the 40GB player is..

The 40GB hasn't shipped yet. It's about 2.5mm thicker I believe.

anyone ever buy from that neutronexpress site?Neutron has been in business for at least 7 or 8 years. They're located in State College, PA (where I went to school) and I used to buy from them when they actually had a walk-in store (I think they're mail order only now.) Never ordered from their web site, but their Reseller Ratings are generally good.
